Because we understand the demands that New York City can place on your schedule, we offer several different types of memberships to help address your needs. When inquiring about pricing we ask that you have a clear idea of how many times a week you think you will be training on a regular basis. Monthly unlimited options are available and usually best for those who think they will be in at least twice a week. In addition to contracted memberships we also offer 5, 10, and 20 packs of classes. This option works best if you are going to be training at least once a week. If you are visiting our facility we offer a day pass option that allows you to do as many classes as you would like on that day. Please note that all visitors must speak with a senior instructor to determine their skill level and placement in our group classes otherwise you will be placed in Total Beginner classes. Lastly we also have a single per class option that works best for you if you are training less than once a week. When you come in for your free trial class be sure to let us know if you are law enforcement of any kind, FDNY, or a student. If you bring appropriate id or badges you can qualify for our special pricing plans.

Training Bags

Banana bags are named after their shape. They are longer and slimmer than the typical American boxing heavy bags.  The banana bag’s shape allows users to practice high, body, and especially low kicks accurately.

American heavy bags are wider and more stout than their thai counterparts. This allows a focus on boxing combinations as well as body and high kicks.  The added mass helps to build power in strikes.
